Stir into hot milk, use to flavor pudding, lots of uses!
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 7/8 c water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons allspice
- .75 teaspoons clove
- .75 teaspoons cardamom
- .75 teaspoons ground pepper
- .5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir spices together. Bring everything to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Add vanilla and cool.
Makes 1 cup. Store in airtight container in fridge after cooling.
