Waffles

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  1. Combine yolks, milk and oil.
  2. Beat in dry ingredients until smooth.
  3. Fold in egg whites.

Makes about 18 waffles.
