- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- Combine yolks, milk and oil.
- Beat in dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in egg whites.
Makes about 18 waffles.
