Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped shallot
  1. Reduce by half over medium heat.
  • 2 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter, in pats
  • Pinch salt
  1. Slowly swirl in butter, holding pan above the heat.
  • Parsley
  1. Add parsely as desired.
